• Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Policy:

• We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your product due to our oversight, please reach out to us. Our team will review the situation and, if deemed appropriate, will guide you through the steps for addressing the issue.

Damages & Issues:

•  If you receive a damaged product, we kindly request you to contact us at zaayohbyv@gmail.com .
• To assist you effectively, we ask that you provide an unaltered video of the complete unboxing process. Once we receive this, we will guide you through the necessary steps for the exchange process. 

Refund Policy:

• We do not offer refunds . However, if you receive a damaged product, we’ll issue store credit for the same.
